Your HOA Board of Directors is elected at the Annual Homeowner's Association Meeting held in March. All Board Members are fellow Quail Run homeowners who are unpaid and who have graciously volunteered their time to help keep our community running, including maintenance of our common areas, paying association bills, maintaining financial records and dues billing, and supporting homeowners with community-related questions and issues.

By purchasing a home within the Quail Run Subdivision, the homeowner automatically becomes a member of the Quail Run Homeowner's Association, is subject to the CC&R's, and is required to pay the annual dues. These dues are necessary to pay for common area maintenance and community expenses (i.e., common area lawn mowing, landscaping, sprinkler maintenance, utility bills, administrative fees, etc.). We are required by the City of Post Falls to maintain these areas, and the way we do that is via our Unincorporated Non-Profit entity, Quail Run Homeowner's Association.
